sugar intake from fruits

I have noticed a pattern in my daily food logs..too much sugar. Almost all of my sugar is coming from eating fruits like apples, grapes and raisins. Is it still "too much sugar" even though it's coming from fruits?

Sugar from fruit is natural sugar and you don't have to worry too much about that, it's the sugar you add to foods that you have to watch. I always take my fruit sugar and sutract it from my daily sugar intake and use that as my sugar intake for the day.

I've about decided that the sugar intake allowed is just too low. My step son is diabetic so the sugar in our diet is almost nonexistent except for fruits. And I go over every day by almost double the amount. My solution? If I'm in the ball park of about double the sugars each day, I've done well.

I've noticed that too! It's great to see others see it the same way

I totally take not notice of sugar, as I also eat a lot of fresh fruits (no tins) and if you take a look at my diary, always way over.
