Just saying hi, I joined a week ago and love this site!!!!! Last year I started calorie counting but I wrote everything down on paper, I did lose about 8 lbs, but it was such a pain that I quit. I recently got an android phone and found the app on there, this is soo much easier to keep track of, therefore I should be able to keep on track of my weight loss goal of 15 pounds and hopefully keep it off.
As for other info about me I love my animals, we have many animals of all different species.
