HELP!

This is a first for me... I am stressed out and I don't want anything to do with food! I haven't eaten all day! Its so not like me simply because I comfort eat!

Should I force myself to eat????

    Nothing at all, all day so far? Yes, try to eat something. Try a piece of toast or a glass of fruit juice. Mix up a smoothie with some fruits and try to drink some nutrition.

    Your body needs a certain amount of food each day to go. Most days we want to give it more than it needs, but I totally feel you on the days where you just don't want to eat anything. I often forget to eat!!

    Just try to eat something, anything. Hopefully you don't get dizzy or lightheaded. Make sure to stay hydrated at the very least! Be careful and I hope your stress settles down!
  • probably a litlte something healthy to eat cause you will either (a) pass out soon from hunger or (b) gorge on bad stuff later on when youre not hungry all of a sudden.
