calories and exercise???

Hi just wondering why when you enter your exercise does it add more calories on? As i'm trying to burn calories off yet its telling me to eat more . Can anyone help x

Yes, you are supposed to eat the additional calories as well. Remember, you already put in your goal of weight loss per week and the number initially given is what you are supposed to eat without any exercise. Enjoy eating it all!0

your calorie allowance is already at a deficit meaning you can lose you projected weekly weight loss without exercising. when you do exercise you earn yourself extra cals thats not to say you have to eat them all just ensure your net calories are above 1200 and the posted link is really good x0
