HAHA!! i've been doing MFP for almost 2 months. I love it!!! I can't believe I never Introduced myself on here.. What is the B-12 for? I take a large vitamin regimen each day but no B-12...it is an injection?

Not in Cal, but b-12 injections? Couldn't you just take a b-12 vitamin? I know that b-12 is in the "stress tabs" because I take them because I don't eat meat. Just a thought....because I HATE shots

I only take B-12 vitamins.. too scared to take shots and I dont want to gain it back... I hope it works out for u..
