Hi All,
Im a 31yo male, weighing in at 98kg (5'9 1/2"). i started trying to get fitter in october last year by taking up running. and while i had limited weight loss success (i started at 101kg) i decided that my issue was food. someone mentioned this app so i thought id give it a go. i just completed day one and managed to get 120 Cals below my goal. The hunger at night was a bit hard so i snuck a couple of biscuits, but i did put them in my food tracker for today, so i am still accountable.
Hopefully i can maintain it.
