All Peanut Butter if you get Natural Peanut Butter is pretty low carb. Just make sure whatever you buy is natural peanut butter and not reduced fat peanut butter, and you should be good.
  • Justins Nut Butter (goofy name, right?).

It's usually tucked away in the organic section.

Peanuts are peanuts. They have some carbs, but are mostly fat and protein. Stay away from peanut butters with added sugar... get PB that has one ingredient: peanuts.

Here is a great informational page about peanuts: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=101

PB2!!! It's great. Half the calories and fat of regular peanut butter. It's just dehydrated peanuts and some sugar. You mix it with water and get peanut butter. Love it. A little expensive, but I think it's worth it if you eat peanut butter a lot.

The fat in peanuts is very healthy for us. Why get rid of it? Stick with natural peanut butter - no added salt or sugar. Eat it in moderation. Can fit in perfectly in a healthy diet.

I have totally cut out PB and just eat unsalted almonds...only a 1/4 cup (approximately 28 almonds). Great to eat as a snack because it fills me up. I have 1/4 cup in the afternoon and right after my work out at night.
  • cool...yeah i think the all natural pb is the way to go....thanks:smile:

Get Nature's Promise Peanut Butter...no added sugars. Added sugar means added carbs.
