What is a healthy, steady weight gain per every 2 weeks?

I'm recovering from an eating disorder and doing well, great relationship with food again, only problem now is i dont know what is a steady weight gain, i dont want to gain too fast and freak outand go back to bad habits so how many pounds is a halthy gain per week? I am 5'9 and weigh about 95 pounds, so how many calories do i need to gain? thanks for any advice or help you can give!!! xxxxx

That's really a question best for a doctor who specializes in eating disorders. But based on what I know about weight gain, I think a pound a week is healthy, so every 2 weeks, 2 pounds might be a good target. But again, I can't stress how much you need to develop a diet with a doctor or professional who specializes in eating disorders.0
