Quick and yummy side!!
chopped potatoes ( red, yellow, regular..your choice)
extra virgin olive oil
packet of dry italian seasoning
Chop up potatoes and place in a bowl (with lid). Drizzle with olive oil and Sprinkle seasoning on potatoes. Put lid on bowl and shake until all potatoes are covered. Pour onto cookie sheet and Bake for 30min @ 425.
