I know it has only been 4 days since I have been on this website, but I have been dieting for a little over a week. I am counting from when I started on this website. Day 4 lost 3.3 pounds since the last time I weighed myself. I have lost an inch on my neck waist and hips or I didn't measure right the first time. I found I have more energy but still have issues with the cravings. There are times though I did not get enough calories which is hard since being diabetic I cannot just eat when ever due to my blood sugars. But I am happy to say I am making progress.

I also had a problem with cravings, when I started my diet (Mostly Sweets). I did this 2 week cleansing diet, and it was not bad at all. I stop a lot of my cravings doing this. It is a must that you stop drinking any diet drinks, if you drink them or soda period. They will make you crave other food!
Look up detox diet and read some different articles.
Here is one link that has a similar diet. http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/dietarytherapy/a/Detox_Diet_Plan.htm0
