Hey everyone! I am a Senior at the University of Michigan, and over the past year I have lost 12 lbs. I was 136lbs in high school, but not in good shape. My sophomore year of college, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and gained a lot of weight due to a steroid that I was on to control the pain. After I got the pain under control, and was off the medicine, I felt fat and terrible about myself. Fortunately, I started hitting the gym at 154lbs, and was able to lose 12 lbs in 6 mos! I feel good again, but I'd like to lose 5-10 more lbs, so I decided to start counting calories. I go to the gym 4 times a week, and I feel great, and I hope that counting calories will get me over this plateau that I have hit. Also, I just ordered the 30 Day Shred...hoping it kicks my butt!!! Any suggestions for how I can kick these last few pounds?

I just hit a plateau & my trainer said...no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes or alcohol. he has me at 80 carbs a day when i do heavy workouts & 50 on a no activity day. that broke my 3 wk plateau and i work out in a bootcamp 4 days a week & at home 2 days a week... sometimes more.0
