Maintaining Weight

I've currently made the switch to maintaing my weight. I'm 5'6 and go between 117-118 pounds. While losing weight (over the last 4 months), I ate around 1000-1120 calories a day. How much do you think I should go up to maintain, but not gain? I do 45 minutes of cardio five times a week.
