    i think a lot of guys have the mindset that they can do it alone. they are weird like that! women seem to thrive on support (i know i do)

    you will find really quickly that everyone on here is quite supportive except some people they are not but my first picture i looked all ballooned out and i thought i looked buff :O o god!

    were all here for one reason to look more like the people we feel like and alot of people understand that and wanna help some with tough love and some with funny love and some with great advice

    i changed my picture to what i was when i started go ahead every point and laugh :) cuz i feel good about myself now and laugh at the old me with you guys :)
