today im 127. ( almost 2 months to lose 5 lbs)

how much do you think i can lose by May 1? i would like to reach 118.. so 10 lbs by may 1, does this seam possible to you?

    It is totally possible.

    One thing I would suggest is to be more consistent with logging EVERYTHING in your food log. I see a lot of dates with no information. Get rid of the white bread and replace with a whole grain

    Totally possible! If these are your "last 10 pounds" that you have to lose, it's harder to get those. But, still possible. I haven't looked at your food diary. But, you can do things like keep your sodium intake in check so you aren't retaining lots of water (that means not eating a lot of prepackaged/processed foods), increase your cardio duration or intensity and/or changing up your current workout routine (keeps the body guessing), ,make sure you are drinking lots of water, eating some good healthy fats & getting at least 25g of fiber each day.
