You didn't mention not using splenda, so I have some recipes with splenda in them!

    Cookies:

    Chocolate Cherry Heart Smart Cookies

    http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=10000001949710

    Servings: 30

    Nutritional Information:
    Calories:94
    Fat:3.2g (sat 1.6g,mono 0.6g,poly 0.2g)
    Protein:1.5g
    Carbohydrate:15.7g
    Fiber:1.3g

Note: I leave out the dried cherries because I don't like fruit in my cookies, so that lowers the sugar count. You can also sub in fruit puree (like bananas or pumpkins or applesauce) for the butter, use egg whites instead of whole eggs, and replace part of the sugar with a zero calorie sweetener. Even if you don't do that, however, they are still pretty healthy and amazing!

    Chocolate Cupcakes:

    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=567401

    Nutritional Info
    Servings Per Recipe: 12
    Amount Per Serving
    Calories: 72.2
    Total Fat: 0.6 g
    Cholesterol: 0.0 mg
    Sodium: 255.6 mg
    Total Carbs: 16.2 g
    Dietary Fiber: 0.7 g
    Protein: 1.1 g

Note: I used pumpkin in place of the applesauce.

Other ways that you can healthify a recipe are:

    1. Fat- replace most of the butter or oil with fruit puree (applesauce, pumpkin, banana work best), or use heart healthy oils
    2. Sugar- reduce the sugar slightly (especially if you have sweet fruit puree for the fat), replace the sugar with honey or fructose, replace half of the sugar with splenda, or replace the sugar with a fruit puree
    3. Eggs- replace one or all of the eggs with egg whites, but if there are three or more eggs in the recipe, leave at least one whole egg so the mix will stay together
    4. Flour- replace half of the flour with whole wheat pastry flour (add some baking powder or soda) or oatmeal
    5. Add nutrients: put a scoop of whey in for a protein boost, for extra fiber put in some flax seed or bran

Good luck, and I hope you get something good to eat!

P.S. My somewhat healthy addicting pleasure is taking a chocolate cake or brownie mix box, mix it with a cup of pumpkin puree and bake (you can also use egg beaters, diet soda, etc)
