Low Fat Snack Idea

Hi guys,
I have this snack every once and a while and thought that it might be helpful to anyone trying to stave off chips.
Get 1 large whole wheat tortilla, cut it into bite size shapes, put it on a cookie sheet and turn on oven to 350F for 5-10 min and you've got yourself some chips. I used Dempsters and it's only 4 grams of fat and 135 calories for 1 and 1/2 tortilla. Add some salsa and you're good to go. Also, you can always season them if you prefer, maybe parm cheese or garlic, salt and pepper etc.:o)

Thanks for the idea!
You could also try corn tortilla chips, there are lots of baked chips or baked "tostadas" which are great.0
