Well I'm not new to myfitnesspal. I was on here for a good 4-5 months. I lost about 15 pounds. I went from 205-189. I haven't been tracking my calories the past 2 weeks. I've gained 1 pound. :( But Tomorrow I'm going shopping for fresh veggies and starting another workout routine. I'll be posting pictures of results in a few weeks. I want to know, haven any of you relapsed? And whats the best way to get over the guilt and feel the inspiration again?

When I feel down on my lifestyle luck, I work out. It usually makes me feel better, and discourages over eating. Most people I know eat more when they work out, but I eat less, because I don't want to undo that hard work!
  • every day is a new day and just you tell yourself you're doing this for you, never feel guilty the odd little lapse now and again doesn't hurt as long as you get back up and respect yourself and do your best for you, good luck to you on your journey.
