After trying this program for a month or so I noticed from the graphs that I keep binging about once a week with snacks after dinner. The snacks are usually high cal and high fat. It seems to happen on Friday or Saturday evenings. It makes me more aware the following days driving me to longer more vigorous workouts as a result. I am assuming the binging is bad, but then again I wonder if it isn't?
