I have logged in for 26 days now and been maintaining 1400 calories a day.
However from about day 20 I started to feel really tired, and it seems to ave got worse. Im now napping in the afternoon as well as sleeping all night, and I'm even waking up tired!
If I dont have a rest in te afternoon by 4pm my legs feel so tired I could fall over!
Did this happen to anyone else?

That doesn't sound right.... Are you eating back your exercise calories? Otherwise, what else is going on? Stressful events? Have you had your iron checked? Getting enough Vitamin D? Or what about - are you pregnant?? I'm sorry I don't have answers, but I definitely think it should good looked at!

I would have to agree with this. It sounds like you're missing something in your diet. Did you start a new workout routine? Your body will continue to burn calories when you do strength training, to heal and repair your body. Perhaps this could be it.

This definitely isn't right. Your body is definitely talking to you! Are you getting all your vitamins? Maybe start supplementing with a multivitamin, at least until you figure out what you are missing in your diet. Are you exercising far more than usual? Are you cutting out carbs while doing this? There is so many factors that it can be...you just have to look at your daily routine and see what you may be missing.

And what about water? Are you getting enough? Or did you suddenly cut out caffeine??

Thanks for all your thoughts guys.
I have started to come down with a bit of a cold, so that could be part of the reason.
I'm feeling a bit more alert but still sleepy!
I know its definately not over exercising (no danger of that here! lol), I most deffinately am not pregnant and have not cut out the caffine!
I'm going to start a multi vitamin and increase the calories a bit I think and also up my water intake I dont think I'm drinking enough water at all.
Thanks guys I'll Keep you posted
