Hey everyone, my name is Crystal. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. My best friend told me about this site and I'm so excited to use it. I'm currently following the Weight Watcher program now, but have over 100lbs to lose. I really need some life style changes in my life. I hope to get to know everyone here and make some great friends!

    Hi Crystal and welcome to mfp. It's an awesome site and so much helps keep you accountable. Be sure to use the food diary:) I've only been here about 2 weeks but it's making such a difference for me. Feel free to add me if you like. Be glad to help support you.
