Easy protein pancake

I made these this morning and thought they were really good.

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup cottage cheese (2%)
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

I blended it together in the food processor and then cooked it like regular pancakes. The batter is pretty thick so I had to spread it a little bit once it was in the pan.

It made 7 small pancakes (about 2.5 inch diameter) at 86 calories each. Tasted great with a little jam on top.
