No Video or Class

So I have gone through my workout videos a thousand times, and I need change. I literally have no time for classes because I'd have to drive twenty minutes just to get there to begin with, so I'm doing it on my own.

I started my own exercise routine. I warm up on the treadmill and jog til I see fit, then I move to the mat for abs and strength training, then I circuit around to jump rope (this really breaks a sweat) and then back to the treadmill doing something else (like walking a ten incline or jogging as fast as possible).

Just turn on some music and go! The first time I did this, my abs ended up hurting so bad I could barely walk the next day!

This just goes to show, you don't need fancy stuff to feel the burn!

    I like to order workout DVD's from the library. We can order from libraries all over the State, so there's a good variety.
