Finishing off the new me!

I just joined myfitnesspal yesterday. My husband's been using it for a few weeks. I really like it so far!
Almost 4 yrs ago, after the birth of my 4th baby, I started losing weight and I lost 95 lbs with exercise and clean eating. I got pregnant again and gained 55 lbs of that back. I finally lost that 55 lbs 11 months post partum. I had back surgery recently and I've been very discouraged because my doctor won't let me work out like I want to. I'm allowed to work out on the cardio machine and do some isolated weights, but no core, until April. I know that keeping track of calories is key to my own personal weight loss. I would like to lose 38 more pounds to finally get ALL my baby weight off.
