Hey guys, looking to add some people to my friends to help stay motivated. I am legally blind or partially sighted which just means i do things a little differently. I am very active but due to a couple recent ACL surgeries i've put on 40 lbs. Now i'm working hard to take it off. I can usually catch a cardio lunch workout and am doing the P90x program after work. I'm really into all forms of grappling, Judo/BJJ/Sub-wrestling etc... and hope to get back on the mat in couple months as me knee heals.

So let's lose some weight!! :D

Blind and you do Judo? I can't imagine anything would be a challenge for you. You should teach us how to levitate.

LOL!! Also, I could really use some world peace. Please and thank you.

I'm doing P90X to supplement my running also -- feel free to add me if you want!
  • Thanks guys, i'll try & figure out how to add you. still getting used to the website. As for being blind & judo it's no big deal. All grappling sports are great for the visually impaired. Once you get your hands on someone you know everything about them. their body position, movement, tension, strength, weaknesses, etc.. Anyway, i'm no longer on the US Paralympic Judo Team but you should go google them. We've got quite a few training right now at the Colorado Springs, CO Olympic Training Center.

    thanks for responding,
