Ok, I know I should get a HRM, but does anyone have any idea, roughly, how to log this accurately? Is it walking or is it strength training or something else entirely?? Thanks guys!

I would just log it as walking for now, as strength training doesn't burn than many calories comparatively. But yes, you definitely should get a heart rate monitor.0
