I just stumbled on a snack that I LOVED! I bought sliced apples yesterday, and I have been living on yogurts for a while. I have Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Caramel, and I grabbed one of those and a bag of the apples. Halfway through, I realized I should dip the apples in the yogurt. Um, hello! That was delicious! So I figured I would share just in case there are other newbies out there kind of stumbling around finding snacks. :drinker:

That is a good idea! I do that with cucumbers and blueberry yogurt. I think cucumbers are filling, but I don't really like the taste. Apples with caramel flavored is a WAY better idea! Thank you!0

I have used my fat free or sugar free pudding cups to dip apples into also...LOL. Or pretzel sticks.0
