How do you create a hybrid (turbo fire based)

How do you design a hybrid workout schedule? You who are doing the Chalene Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid - where did you get the schedule?
I am feeling burned out after 3 weeks of Turbo fire - I think its the erratic schedule - I like things mixed up, but this schedule is a little too mixed up and I don't understand the logic behind it, so it makes my meal planning a little difficult.
Thoughts?

In the turbo fire book near the end, there is a schedule for a CLX/TR hybrid schedule. Hope that helps.0

Many of us also make up our own hybrid schedules because we've done the individual programs before. I wasn't crazy about the TF/CLX hybrid schedue in the back of the TF book so I made up my own by basically following the TF schedule and substituting CLX weight lifting in place of the strength training workouts in TF.
