breakfast: 200ish
lunch: 400ish
supper: 600ish
snacks: exercise cals

i don't like to eat much in the morning and i love big, heavy suppers with my family. :) what are your meal breakdowns?

    Oops... didn't read the question right!

    300 breakfast
    300 lunch
    600 supper
    300ish in snacks or sometimes more if I do exercise calories too.

    I'm guessing that is right, I haven't really thought about the calorie breakdown! Today was 200/400/450/150 but it is a super light calorie day.

    Lunch- 350ish
    Snacks 200 ish
    Dinner/Dessert 500 ish

    During the work week, I eat 300 breakfast, 300 for lunch, 400 for dinner, 250 for the second dinner...also known as a snack.

    On weekends. Similar, except I switch the lunch and dinner calorie values...eating a heavier lunch and lighter dinner.

    anybody trying to change it up and eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper?

    I'm like you, eat mostly at night. And no, the breakfast like a King thing wouldnt suit me, neither do I think it's relevant to losing weight. Its pretty old hat now. Recent studies suggest that a calorie is a calorie no matter what time of day :bigsmile:
