Tonight we're having grilled wild coho salmon filets, home made baked yam fries (no salt), spinach salad w/ Annie's Naturals Papaya Poppyseed dressing & 1/2 c chocolate frozen yogurt for dessert. Cals: 650 incl dessert. Pretty tasty supper though and packed full of nutrition!

    I had pasta for the first time in months. We has the ronzoni smart taste penne and tomato sauce. I added hamburger to the boys pasta sauce and morningstar meal starter burger crumbles to mine.

    Skinny Cow No Sugar Added Ice Cream sandwich for dessert! YUM!

    Turkey sandwich, with Sara lees 45 calorie whole wheat bread, very little turkey and lots of lettuce with Hellman's lite mayonnaise.:happy:

    we had grilled tilapia with scallops and baby shrimp with turnip greens, mac and cheese and green beans. I had over 1,000 calories after my hour of aerobics, so I splurged and ate a small piece of birthday cake from my daughter's birthday. It was so good!:heart:
