First weigh in!!!

I have 135 pounds I want to lose, so I am extremly overweight - grossly obese. I did my first weigh in and I lost SIXTEEN pounds!! I know it is water weight, but I am still so excited!!! I can't believe the diffrence a healthy diet and a little exercise makes!! I am realistic and by no means expect anything even close to this weight again, but I am so very proud of myself and so happy I have decided to do this and thankful to have the support of this site. YAY!!!!

That's amazing! I did 12lbs in my first 5 days (then went out to celebrate my birthday) and at the end of the 1st week i'd lost 7lbs... So well done you!0

I just started the program today I am not even sure if I am doing this right but I too have an extreme amount of weight to lose and 16 pound is a jump up and down moment. that is freakin awsome congratulations0
