b. Take measurements?
c. Buy a size too small and try to get in them?
d. take pics?
c. go to a docter and get your total body fat percentage measured?

I bought a fat percentage tester to use at home. I do all of the above except for the doctor part.

I weigh in and take measurements weekly. Once a month or so I'll head to the store and try on a pair of pants a size smaller than I wear now. I don't buy them, just try them on. LOL
I also take a picture every few months.
