I bought a fat percentage tester to use at home. I do all of the above except for the doctor part.0

I weigh in and take measurements weekly. Once a month or so I'll head to the store and try on a pair of pants a size smaller than I wear now. I don't buy them, just try them on. LOL
I also take a picture every few months.0
