Just another reason to exercise

Once upon a time, I used to get absurd pms. I would lock myself in my room and essentially throw a temper tantrum - over nothing in particular - at least once a month. However, since I have started going to the gym regularly I have felt so much better, and even when I get premenstrual ragyness, I'm still in control.
Recently I stumbled upon a study showing that exercise stimulates growth in the hippocampus which is the part of the brain concerned with memory. I would certainly like to improve my memory along with my abs
