Over the course of about 5 years I lost around 150 pounds, however I did that just by diet. I was never one for exercise and I now sincerely regret it. I started working out regularly about six months ago and while it has helped me take off a few excess pounds that I'm trying to lose, I'm not sure if it's going to help with my overall goal. I have the one problem that everyone dreads - excess, saggy skin. It's mainly in my abdomen and thighs, probably the two hardest places to tighten up. So, does anyone have any tips on how to tighten up the skin in those areas?

You do have one thing on your side. You are young. I think with the exercising you are doing now it may tighten up a bit. I reall don't know. I have never lost weight (yet) and had the sagging skin issue. I will tell you, I will take the saggy skin and tuck it into my size (x) pants and be happy to be 60lbs lighter.0
