This is up to you and what you feel is required for you to lose weight, what works for one may not work for another. I keep my protein at 125, carbs under 100, fat under 30, and sugar under 30. It has, obviously, worked for me, and I know it would work for anyone else, but the problem is no one else wants to do it that way.

I look at more of a daily approach. Aiming for 3,000 calories 250g Protein / 200g Fat / 30g Carbs on weekdays, I just divide that number by about 6 and come up with each meal. Some meals are weighted more on Protein than Fat and some are the other way around. Either way you go - raise the protein level from what the standard MFP settings are, they're way too low!

Check out scoobysworkshop.com there you can put in your goals and it will show you how much you should consume of each. It will even give you a meal example.
