carbs/fats/proteins/per meal

does anyone know what we should be consumming on a meal basis with sodium/proteins/carbs/fats etc.

This is up to you and what you feel is required for you to lose weight, what works for one may not work for another. I keep my protein at 125, carbs under 100, fat under 30, and sugar under 30. It has, obviously, worked for me, and I know it would work for anyone else, but the problem is no one else wants to do it that way.0

I look at more of a daily approach. Aiming for 3,000 calories 250g Protein / 200g Fat / 30g Carbs on weekdays, I just divide that number by about 6 and come up with each meal. Some meals are weighted more on Protein than Fat and some are the other way around. Either way you go - raise the protein level from what the standard MFP settings are, they're way too low!
