I hate doing the whole introduction thing! I have been here for a week and could really use some supportive and inspirational friends!! I know my family is supportive but not ready to make the adjustments I need to do this right! I really want to get this under control and we are still going to be having pizza 1-2 times a week! (I got my bf to agree to no ORDERING pizza at least lol) I also have a child who is very small and under weight and have no idea how to balance that with my need to lose weight. So far I have made it work (if barely and only for one week haha) but I know I am going to need support along the way.

This would be my introduction....... I have to do this so that I don't embarrass my daughther at her wedding. Want to lose weight for that. I need to lose at least 30 lbs by July 9th. Need a good support system because my family really aren't on board with this. Too embarrassed to post a picture but willing to give this a try. Everything else has failed. I been successful to be smoke free since Jan. 5th, so need to move on to my next goal!0

Hi,
I just got back on after a trip out of town where I didn't watch anything. I was also sick when I got back. It's hard to get into it again. I was on here for 2 weeks before I left. I also have family that isn't quite supportive. My family is used to going out to eat junk, and it's hard to teach them otherwise.
As for your daughter, keep offering healthy choices, she does need that. You don't need to count her calories of course, but your eating healthier is going to be better for her in the long run.
Keep up the good work and good luck!0 -
Thanks
I know it will be good for her but I just need to find ways to get a couple extra (healthy) calories on her plate while making sure i don't have too much! Luckily she is a snacker, she doesn't like meals so a lot of her calories come from snacks so i have a lot of healthy snacks for her

It's natural for little ones to snack a lot and from the sounds of it, you are doing a great job! Keep up the great work! Feel free to add me as a friend if you want.0
