Hey, I made the Cauliflower crust pizza, I want to post the picture but I don't know how, any help?

    Please please please post the recipe. I have been craving pizza for 2 months now and I know that it will completely sabotage my diet but cauliflower just may be the answer I need.

    Okay, still cant post picture, they really need to make that easier.

    I used 1 cup cauliflower, frozen. steamed it for 2 min in microwave, let it cool then chopped it up (or rice it)
    added 1 cup mozz cheese
    1 egg
    garlic
    pepper
    basil

    all spices to your taste.
    spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and just spread into a cricle

    baked at 450 for 20 minutes then broiled for 5
    flipped and broiled other side for 5

    I topped mine with tomato slices, onion ,fresh mozz, and basil, but I'm sure you could do whatever you like. Then placed under broiler again until cheese was melted. Soon as I can post a pic, i will. ENJOY. My kids ate all of mine, I only got one slice so thats a good thing because they HATe cauliflower!
