What do I do?

Ok, it's 10:45 and I am off to bed.... Just finished logging in my food and realized that I am at 971 calories. I did a bit of physical work today and logged that so I am under by over 400 calories. Do I eat now before bed? Or just go to sleep and eat a bigger breakfast before my run?

why don't you have a handful of nuts just to get in some calories? that's about all I would do....that or nothing.0
