Calories burned

I added "Housecleaning" to my exercise although I only did it for 20 minutes. This is because my activity profile is set as sedentary. I am going to account for an activity beyond normal. Also, fatburn.com has a database of calories burned that you can enter in MFP manually when the database does not show that type of exercise. Then add that exercise and calories burned or activity to MFP.

I add housework too, depending on what it is, for exactly that reason. For me, I generally only add it if it was half an hour and got my heart rate up, or a full hour on my feet, but you have to do what works for you. Thanks for that website! I'll be checking that out later, after I burn some cals cleaning my kitchen floor. :-P0
