I bought some rotisserie chickens today at Wal-mart because they make for a quick fix to put in salads and other meals. I of course am not using the skin. I have the nutritional information for the chicken, but it includes the skin. Any idea how I could figure it out without the skin? I had been using Kirkland's listing as an estimate because it didn't include skin. Here's the chicken I bought WITH the skin..

Honestly, I like to "accurately overestimate" my calories, meaning even without the skin, I'd still log it. It helps me to keep an adequate intake of realistic calories as to not overeat. But without the skin, I couldn't even guess.

Go to Foods on your Home page, click Add and then type "rotisserie chicken w/o skin," and one choice will pop up.
