I see a lot of people on here are taking supplements or vitamins of some kind. Right now, I take nothing. I am a 35 year old woman and should probably be taking something I'm sure. Any suggestions out there? Anything to increase metabolism/fat burn? What's the deal with flax seed...see that all over as well!

I'm still a beginner with supplements and vitamins, but all the rage is fish oil. I just started taking 1 GNC Triple Strength a day. I also take a multivitamin daily.

Flax Seed Oil is a healthy omega. I take it at night to deter hot flashes...you are not at that stage of life yet. I take that in the evening with calcium+D. I take a multi (gummy:) a few times a week. I like the gummy as I don't feel nauseous after I take them. Sometimes a multi makes me feel yucky. I also take fish oil and extra Bs with an aspirin in the afternoon when I think of it....Maybe I need to take something to help me think of it....more often!

You are probably safe just to take a muliti for women. Hit the shelves at Walgreens and Walmart to find one that serves your age well. We have different needs during different times of our lives. Good luck!

Vitamins are very important, IMO! Do some research on the best kind for your specific needs. I perfer vitamins with and Oligo-fructose complex. It helps your body to absorb the vitamins.

I take cayenne as a metabolism booster. I also take fish oil, coconut oil, multi vitamin, B complex, and vitamin E.
