No longer overweight!

I haven't had as much weight to lose as many here, but today I weighed in at 187.8 - officially now within normal BMI parameters after losing 15 pounds. I'm looking to lose another five pounds, but getting to the normal weight range was the main goal.
I've been eating a lot cleaner, and even though I still have treats, they are more occasional and a regular serving. Another couple of pounds, and I'll be able to go out and buy the new jeans I've been needing for a while, but put off since I knew I might be needing a smaller size.
Exercise, no sodas, and watching my sodium were the biggest factors for me, and I'm very happy with the results.

Thanks for the congrats, everybody!
MFP and the community definitely played a part as I went from figuring on doing some exercise here and there with Your Shape on the Xbox 360 to actually deciding to dive into this completely with a healthier daily diet, and working out regularly.0 -

I'm 6'1" and now 187.8 pounds. I started at 202.8, though I've probably hovered around 205 for a couple of years. You must have been pretty happy to move out of the overweight category. Keep going, and I'm sure you'll get out of the overweight category, too.0
