Getting the hang of it

So I just started my first round of P90X the beginning of last week, and so far so good. The only thing that isn't my favorite is yoga. Yesterday I did about half of the yoga routine, and couldn't get myself to concentrate to finish. I went to the gym and used the treadmill for about an hour instead.

I'm also not doing great with the nutrition guide they tell you to use. I know that by not following it I'm not going to get optimal results, but I live by myself and I feel like I have to have so much food in the house in order to go along with it (yes it is good food, but still a lot none the less)

I'm kind of doing variations of the meals that they lay out for you, so hopefully I won't screw it up. I have a tendency of wanting to do everything the exact way it's supposed to be, but when I don't, I get frustrated and give up. I'm determined to see this through! Wish me luck as I start week 2!
