Just got one last week & have been doing two dance games on it. I'll be using my HRM to track calories once I get a new battery for it!0

Cool let me know what you think0

I already love it. I know it's a good workout just based on how much I sweat! I just like exercise that doesn't FEEL like exercise...like dancing to fun music. The time just flies, plus you can compete against yourself and that's kind of cool.0

We just got a Kinect too. I am too broke to buy a HRM at the moment so I just log my Kinect time as a Wii activity...usually wii tennis.0

Thanks guys!!!0

I have Your Shape for the kinect. I use my heart rate monitor to count my calories because the game under estimates. But with a 45 min workout I usually burn atleast 385 calories.0

awesome thank you!0

Dance Central and The MyFitness Coach: Your Shape both tell you how many calories you have burned. The dance central you have to put onto workout mode for it to tell you. Both are great workouts, and there is some fun and workouts to be had with Kinect sports too, and the sports are listed on the MFP site and app.0

I just got the biggest loser for the xbox kinect. Not sure if I like it or not. How do you like your shape?0

I use the Kinect daily. I'm doing Zumba only for the month of Feb. For 56 minutes I burn around 600 calories. I use a HRM w/chest strap.0

I really like Your Shape. there are alot of different programs on it. But it does under estimate your calories. Its best that people use a HRM.0 -
Im not the biggest fan of the your shape game, but it involves a fair few things I am unable to do for my knees at the moment x0

If you get one, please invite your old auntie over to try it out. I too am curious about the "dance" games. I must be tricked into exercising.0

I have 2 games on the Xbox Kinect... Dance Central and The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout... I love both of them... TBL is a hard work out (when settings are intense)..lol.. and Dance Central.. is so fun, you dont realize you're getting a workout... has anyone tried the ZUMBA for kinect yet?? If so, what did you think??0

I have zumba for the wii but the controller don't stay on my hips(too much hip shaking) lol!!. I'm going to buy zumba for the kinect that way I don't have to worry about the controller. I just love the biggest loser for the kinect . I really do get into it.0

I have Your Shape. I can't figure out how to get it into a mode where it goes constantly for 20-30 minutes to actually make me sweat and that frustrates me. So until I can figure that out I've been doing Ripped in 30 (DVD). I plan on ordering Dance Central this week too as I've been a CRAZY DDR freak (lost 15 lbs in 2 months on it with the Wii) and I'm hoping it will have the same appeal to me (how it grades you and if you are competitive you want to better your score, so without realizing it you are sweating lol).
I have heard really crappy things about the Kinect Zumba, like truly horrible tracking. That's why I haven't purchased it otherwise I would be all over that as I love Zumba.0
