Hitting a Wall....

I am stuck!! Can anyone give me any ideas on exercises that are close to the cardio of running? I know that running is the best, but I have been running 4 - 5 miles a day every morning. I will keep that up, but I have stopped losing weight. I eat very well. I just need something cardio to shack up what I have been doing for about 6 months now. Any ideas?

I would just switch it up with something fairly aerobic (like Zumba, spinning, aerobic DVD). Sometimes our bodies get used to the same exercise, just switching it out a couple times a week can be enough to start the weight loss again. Also helps with boredom!0
