Ending the Day/NET calories

Do you always end the day with at least 1200 NET calories? If not, what is your NET calorie goal?

I don't always well I rarely end with 1200, I guess alot of people have told me that if you exercise its a good idea to eat some if not all of your exercise calories back, which I don't do just because I eat 1200 everyday well close and I am just not hungry enough to eat more so, I guess its a matter of opinion! I love your question! I have been following whatever the goal tells me my NET calorie goal should be. BUT... I've seen people posting about how this isn't the way to do it. And it's possibly why I've been stuck lately. I have given up on weighing myself for the month of February. I've been following my calorie goals and all, but I'm worried that when I step on tha scale on March 1st I will be disappointed.
I look forward to seeing th answers from other posters... cuz I'm no help!!! lol0 -

Some days I do some days I don't. I just listen to what my body says it needs. I don't aim for a magical number everyday. Today was a rest day for me and sat on my butt all day, besides some cleaning, and I didn't net 1200 calories simply because I wasn't hungry. On days when I do a 30-40 mile bike ride and burn 1000+ calories then yes I may net 1200 because my body calls for more calories. I'm just trying to listen to what MY body needs and simply supply that nothing more nothing less.0
