the first week I was here I lost 3.9 lbs and I was amazed! But today when I stepped on the scale it said 188.9 lbs...that's a gain of 2 lbs. I know that water weight is 1-2 lbs difference in your weight. I try to drink a lot of water, but sometimes its hard. I have to boil water from the apartment complex because it tastes really bad if I don't. Some days I get my 8 cups and other days I don't.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can control my weight more? Im going on week 3 and I would really like to see some nice changed in my appearance. I do strength training on sundays and cardio monday - saturday. And some circuit training when I got the tiime or feel up to it.
Suggestions please! Food and exercise log is open, but have to put in my S. training for today. Forgot the notebook at my house that.

Get rid of the soda, that is for sure extra calories you don't need. Increase what your eating through out the day. It does not look like your eating enough.
Whole grains and Fiber is a must
Watch your sodium, I forgot to look at that.0 -
I agree fiber is a must!!! You need 20-30 grams a day. I use Metamucil to increase my fiber intake. You need to make sure to drink plenty of water with it though. I don't like tap water either. I use a Brita water filter. The water tastes great! It also looks like you're not getting enough protein. Protein is a must for building muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn.0

yes, this week with the soda was bad, I know. But I hardly drink it when I don't have pms lol.
And Im not getting enough protein? I thought I was eating the recommended amount by the site...I'll keep an eye on it0 -
yep, I see what you mean now, I sometimes get close to my goal protein, but often I am a bit off.
And I am GOING to drink no more soda (maybe one every now an again ). but this week should be better, since PMS is not going to be an issue lol.0
