HRM users, how often do you change your weight?

I know it's probably silly, but I find resetting the weight on my HRM a pain. I meant to do it at 5 lbs lost, but forgot and didn't change it until I was down 10. Do you reset with every loss? What's your number??

I reset mine once a week, on my weigh in days0

I reset it when I remember! haha I think I've reset it three times in the last six months. I was off by four pounds for awhile and just changed it the other day. I felt guilty for not realizing it sooner and wonder if it's why I have been plateauing the last couple of months.0

I leave it alone. I find it too much of a pain too. I had to purchase a new heart rate monitor since the transmitter died on the old one and so the weight is now accurate. The calorie counts are about the same. I find it too much of a hastle to change the settings.0

I actually haven't reset mine since I bought it, but I definitely need to do that now. I've been changing it on MFP, but not with my HRM. Thanks for the reminder.0

I reset mine every time I weigh in. It's a pain BUT it gives you more accurate information. Good luck0

Every 5 or 10 pounds. It is really easy to do on my Sportline HRM. Thanks for the reminder BTW as I was due to change it. Now it is changed.0

Mine asks if I want to update it every Monday. I only update it if I've lost or gained more than a couple of pounds.0
