Wondering if anyone has good tips.
I am aiming to lose 10 kilo's in 8 week's.
I go to gym everyday for a minimum of half an hour and I have personal training sessions twice a week.

Lose it slower. This seems like too much weight in 8 weeks. More gradual change will help you make more permanent sustainable changes.0
