Goal Weight for 5'1 peeps

I'm 5'2" and very slight-framed. I'm aiming for 110 which is what I used to be but would be happy with 115 or even more if it's muscle rather than mush.0

I am 5' and first goal is to get to 130, but I wouldn't mind getting down to 1150

i'm 5'2" and a medium frame so ideally i would love to hit 125 but would settle at 130. at 40 yo i think this is a good weight to still look hot0

your goal weight will depend on your own body type.
Me for instance, I am 5'5 and quite curvy. The suggested goal weight for me is 120 - 135 lbs and all I have to say to that is yeh right! 160 - 175 is a good place for me. Anything under that and I'd look malnourished!0 -
I am 5'1".
I have always weighed between 105 and 112 was "chubby".
I am a medium build.
And this is also my goal, as I weight 137 now.
I know I will not be "thin" or "fit" untill at least 115-112.!!
Most doctors charts say between 105-120 for our size.
Body fat is another measurement.
Between 22-18% is healthy and ideal.

I'm 5'1" and my goal is 130. When I get there I may want to loose another 5-10 pounds, but we'll see how I feel.0

I am 5'1" and my goal is 125. When I get to that I will re-evaluate and see how I look and feel and how clothes fit. This is within the BMI parameters but I don't really care about that. 99 pounds is considered healthy by BMI too but I would look pretty emaciated at that...0
