My all time high weight was 230 pounds, today I weighed in at 172.4...that is a loss of 57.6 pounds, which is 25% of my highest weight! This is great because I had a rough weekend and actually was anticipating a gain! Need this on a Monday!

Nice job Bobby. You're only 3/4 the man you used to be! That a good thing. My highest weight was 222 lbs. in 2007, and i've been losing weight slowly since then to todays weight of 177.6, about 21% of from my highest weight. I can totally relate.0
